Passengers can book their flights using travel funds online, via phone, or at the Southwest reservation desk.

Online

• Visit the official site of Southwest.

• Scroll to the booking process and select cities, dates, and times.

• When you get to “Passenger info,” click and expand the option "Apply Travel Funds, LUV Vouchers, and gift cards".

• Enter your confirmation number and first and last name.

• Click "Apply funds."

• Get flight confirmation from the airline.

Offline

You can also call customer service on the official phone number and use travel funds for flight booking.

At the ticket counter

Visit the Southwest ticket counter at the nearest airport and book your Southwest flight using Travel funds.

Southwest automatically credits the travel funds to your account in case of cancelation or change of flight. These funds are extremely valuable and treated as cash, and you can use them to book an award or cash southwest flights.
